A follow up to VISION! (chapter in GC or Week 10 if you have not read it yet)
Main Point | Leaders peer into the future and see something worth pursuing. Then, they paint a picture of what’s in their mind’s eye so that others can share the vision. Visionary leaders recognize that they could never achieve their aspirations by flying solo, so they search for an inner circle of fellow leaders to take the journey with them.
Questions to thoughtfully reflect on and write about:
1. What would you like to see change in the world around you? Why?
2. Is a vision the same thing as a dream, or are they different? Explain your answer.
3. What is your vision for your life five years from now? Where do you hope to be professionally?
***FOCUS GROUPS: Continue to work on as needed.
****** We need your help! Photos with messages for Mrs. Gillespie or Mr. Modlin, especially Mr. Modlin! They both are retiring and Reed would love some special note of sentiment from you!! Please email to Ms. Tantum:
[email protected]. and let me know if you do it. Thank you!!!!!
