Quality: 17 Security "Competence Never Compensates for Insecurity "
"No one can live on a level inconsistent with how they see themselves. If someone believes they are a loser, they find a way to lose. Anytime success outpaces security, the result is self- destruction. Insecure leaders pose a threat to their organization because leadership amplifies personal flaws. Whatever negative baggage a person has in life only gets more difficult to bear when that person tries to lead others.
Questions to thoughtfully reflect upon, answer & submit to google classroom:
1. How would you describe yourself? What is your personality? What is your style of leadership?
2. Which activities push you out of your comfort zone and cause you to feel insecure?
3. How does insecurity make a leader vulnerable to failure? What missteps is an insecure leader prone to make?
4. How should a person deal with their insecurities?

5. Along with your video summary, jot down some ideas you have for your time capsule and turn into today's google classroom assignment.
6. Lastly, please look in Alma at our assignments and make up any that are missing.
